Hotel was nice and clean. I have a complaint about the restaurant/ bar. Sasha gave us amazing service our first night. Great hospitality. We absolutely adore her! The second night was the worst experience. Kevin didn’t allow us to eat our food in the lobby when families were eating their takeout food there the night before. We had to bring our food up to our room instead of being able to eat with our family that is also staying at the same hotel, different room. When we told him that other people were eating there the night before his response was “well they shouldn’t have let them”. Also there was no sign around stating no outside food/drinks allowed. We were planning on drinking at the bar but that experience was just ruined it. Plus the table we were sitting at wasn’t a dining table on the restaurant side. It was more towards in the lobby. That “rule” of not being able to eat near the restaurant definitely has to go.

I have a fantastic time here! I came in for a visit with my friend. We were tourists in her hometown, San Antonio. We enjoyed a good night's sleep and got up to OUTSTANDING coffee and a HUGE breakfast buffet with fresh cooked eggs! The check-in Dale told me about the evening reception and while checking out, Athena made it very smooth and she was helpful to tell me about the great options to visit and places to go. The hotel was fully booked on Saturday night. Not a parking spot left, but the rooms were silent. Not sure how it happened but we slept without any noise outside the room. The shuttle was great to have and the driver was safe and helpful with my heavy bags full of souvenirs! 🤓My room was spotless each and every day during my 5 day stay! Kudos to this Embassy Suites Hilton, at San Antonio airport! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
