The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice, not over the top. The best part for sure was being able to walk the surrounding area. Pros: Historic building (Look it up!) Location Room service pricing The view Cons: No parking other than valet ($50 per night) 7 min walk from parking garage Construction across the entrance Slow elevators A bit overpriced for having to deal with construction/parking

Beautiful hotel and rooms with views. Liked having a Starbucks in hotel. We were on 20th floor and elevators took awhile on checkout day. Staff was nice, liked the room, very clean. Location was perfect! Tips: Get a riverside view as there is major construction building a large city park on the street side. (See pics of view and construction) It’s noisy! Bring a noisemaker and ear plugs. It is also the brightest hotel I’ve stayed at during the night. All balconies have neon green lights left on at night which seep through the sides of the curtains no matter how you try to block it. Be sure to read the history of the hotel in the lobby - they built modular rooms separate and connected them like legos!
