We had a wonderful 3 night stay here in September 2023. Our 4 year old loved the water park, bikes, park, and activities. The water park is beautifully shaded and not too hot even when it’s 100+ degrees out. Our room was very clean and spacious; not a single issue with anything functioning or in bad shape. We loved that blankets were provided for the nightly movies for the kids. A few quick areas of improvement - it would be great to have kids sized tubes for the lazy River, and more dessert options at the restaurants. Food options near the pool were a bit limited - only one restaurant was open and hours were somewhat limited from 11-7. Would have been nice to order earlier or later since pool hours are 8am-10pm, but you can also order food from inside and have it brought out to you. Service was impeccable across the board. We never had to wait for anything and everyone was so kind and helpful. Dominic helped us with our car and luggage and was especially friendly. We will definitely return in the future for another relaxing stay!
Ending up with a room with a door to the adjacent room (family suite?) ruined an an otherwise perfect experience. Normal conversation from the occupants of the adjacent room was loud enough to understand and definitely more than lough enough to keep us awake. I would not advise staying in property unless you can reserve a room without a door to the adjoining room or can sleep with normal conversation levels of noise. This seems to be a common problem with higher end hotels/resorts.
