Wonderful hotel. If you are wondering if you should, you should. The hotel staff are so nice and quick and efficient. Location couldn’t be any better. Rooms are huge and clean. Hotel is beautiful. Everyone from the valet to front desk to bellhop just work great. We checked in so fast and got in our room and I noticed it was a conjoined room which I don’t necessarily like. I called the front desk and they immediately switched me to another room and even had a staff member meet us at the new room so we didn’t have to walk back down to the lobby. This happened so fast as well, no waiting 15 minutes or anything. The location on the Riverwalk is in the heart of everything and I would stay here 10/10 times. Great hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night while presenting at an in-town conference. Didn't have time to use much of the amenities, but front desk service was top notch. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. Check-in and Checkout was very quick and easy. Room was very spacious and spotless. They have all the toiletries and even miscellaneous items at the front desk if you forget some things. I'll definitely want to come back and use more of the amenities as they had so much to offer in a very nice setting.
