We came here for a weekend trip with my in-laws. Our room was dirty, for the price I’m not sure if it’s entirely worth that. also the fire alarms went off during our stay in the middle of the night.. But I will say that the customer service here was great. Location right on the Riverwalk. I give four stars for the location and customer service.

Loved our stay at this hotel. We arrived at 1am without a reservation due to our first hotel being awful and us needing to leave. Cori was amazing and accommodated our stay, set us up in the cutest room with two private balconies and was just lovely after our day of airport and traveling delays and chaos. Great location on the riverwalk, we could not hear any neighbors, and friendly staff. Would definitely book again.
