Updated (in 2021) hotel with great service on the Riverwalk Rooms (5/5/): are sleek and modern looking with smart-TV’s. Other than a finicky door to the bathroom walk-in shower - no complaints. The floor to ceiling windows have a double blind feature, which helps you sleep in darkness (one of my pet peeves). Amenities (4.5/5): The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool, gym, and M Club for Platinum+ Bonvoy members. The pool is pretty small and the indoor area feels dated. Location: (5/5) conveniently located to access the Rivercenter mall and Riverwalk below Value: (4/5) we booked a double queen room for ~$200/night and felt like it was solid value Service (5/5): Bonvoy elite benefits are well recognized. We stayed in a high-floor room with a great view, were proactively offered late checkout, and informed of hotel amenities by Aracely at check-in. Lorenzo at the M Club offers fantastic service and made our stay very enjoyable!
