Positive: The accommodations were amazing. The place looked like an apartment with living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and a full service kitchen. The decor is modern. The place is very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable with ample space and pillows. Negative: The only thing that wasn¿t ideal is that you had to take stairs to the upper levels. I wasn¿t aware of that or I would have asked for a lower level space.

We've been here since September 2023. We have never stayed at a hotel where they offer such good services as Sonesta. More than 10 rooms are all Vietnamese who do not understand English fluently, but this this barrier does not prevent them from providing perfect support. They allocated the BBQ area and banquet room for us this holiday. It would have been hard to clean up after that, but Sonesta was happy to support us. That's really great for those of us who are away from home for the holidays. Thanks so much, Sonesta! From Nhat Nguyen, #221!
