This place has improved much in the last year or so. It was basically an encampment with sketchy people throughout the lot. The chain/ brand is good overall. We stayed for kids' football and cheer games/ weekend. It's centrally located with easy access to anything we were doing and needed. The weekend was nice and quiet for a couple without kids (we left with grandma and grandpa). The rooms were standard for this brand, spacious and clean.

It is conveniently located on the "outskirts" of Sante Fe, within five minutes of the highway and Downtown. An abundance of restaurants, malls, and other local stores surrounds the hotel. Most of them are also within walking/biking distance of the hotel! The rooms are unimpeachably clean and decorated in a way that will amuse any minimalist. There are plenty of modern outlets with standard 120v and USB ports. The most impressive aspect of the rooms was their ability to hold their temperature! Once I set the thermostat the first time, I didn't have to adjust it 50 million times to fall asleep. My interaction with the staff was brief but amiable; watching someone get yelled at for several minutes while maintaining their composure and smile is quite impressive. If I'm ever in Santa Fe again, I'll make a concerted effort to stay here for the rooms alone!
