The staff at this hotel are so kind! The rooms are very clean and I have high standards. The fireplace is beautiful and the lobby is a great place to gather. While the rugs and floors are a tiny bit dirty in the common areas, that is to be expected in a hotel of this age during a holiday. I recommend this hotel.

We came through on Balloon Fiesta Weekend. When left we accidentally left some personal property in our room. $650 pair of Women Cowboy boots and a laptop counter that sits on your lap. We reached out to the motel multiple times. No call back From head of house cleaning Annabelle Rodriguez. It makes you wonder what kind of background checks they are doing in regards to anybody working in housekeeping. Are they hiring criminals? We live in Denver and I came out of my way to stay over one month later just so I can talk to the head of house cleaning and conveniently she's not at work. So I got no answers again. It was about $700 worth of personal property that wasn't return to us.
