Positive: Great location near the plaza! Nice pool/hot tub facilities. Negative: Room was fine. Basic hotel room. The pool was being "rented out" to a party from another hotel bc their pool was under construction. This made it impossible to get chairs and all the towels were gone. No food available. Lobby bar was never open.

Spent 5 nights at the Eldorado, all the staff from valet, bellman (firemaster), housekeeping and front desk were very friendly and helpful. The public areas are nice, however, the hallways and rooms have old worn carpets, the carpet in our room was frayed by the fireplace. Room was unusual in that it had no place to store folded clothes other than some cubbies next to the refrigerator. It could have used another chair as well, one with an ottoman is not enough. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and served quickly. Service was great also. Don’t buy water or soda from the gift shop, they charged $15.00 for a $2.90 bottle of water and $4.50 for a can of sprite. Save your money to spend on the plaza and buy your supplies at Albertsons up the street.
