Very clean and up to date hotel. Bathrooms were nice with a walk-in shower and plenty of light over the mirror. (wife liked that.) very good beds. Cordial and helpful staff. All the ratings and commits are not exaggerated. This is an excellent hotel, and we would stary here again.

I almost never leave reviews, but this had to be sent. I am visiting here from out of town due to a traumatic loss in my family. I double checked to make sure that my room would be cleaned no less than four times. I went down to the front desk. I called twice and made sure to double check with them before we left. I was told as long as we were out of our room by noon my room would be cleaned. It is the third day in a row and they still have not cleaned it. I requested it multiple times and greatly needed thissmall service in my life. I know that it is not the fault of those who are cleaning, however, the fact that they assured me that this would be done and then did not do it, is very disappointing. At times like this, It's the small things that really make a difference. I really wish that they would have abided by what they promised to do.
