My family and I stayed here over the Christmas holiday 2023. The location is great for walking to everything. I want to commend the front desk staff-especially Alex. He was great and very helpful. I also want to commend Diane who works in the restaurant. She was very hospitable and cheerful. My family adored her.

My partner and I celebrated his 30th birthday this past week and could not have been happier with our experience at the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza. Celina, who checked us in, made our stay particularly special. Having overbooked King Suites, she offered several solutions to make up for that fact. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. The added touch that made our stay even more special was that when we returned to our room one evening, we were surprised to find a bottle of wine and two glasses. After we called the front desk to ask about it, Celina told us that it was compliments of the hotel and in celebration of my partner's birthday. This made our night! The room was lovely and spotless. The bathroom was spacious, and the lobby's fireplace was extra cozy, which was nice to return to after exploring Santa Fe. This hotel's location can't be beat as it is right in the heart of historic downtown Santa Fe, with shops, restaurants, and points of interest all within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying with y'all again the next time we are in Santa Fe!
