I enjoyed my stay overall. The live music and bartenders were fabulous. The food service staff were so nice and customer service focus. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed on several occasions. The switch over to a new key system was not smooth. I needed to be let into my room three times on Saturday prior to getting a new working key. When I went to the front desk to ask to be let in, they at times did know where the master key was to even be able to let me into my room. I asked if the rooms being occupied could be re-keyed first instead of just going in room sequence number. I received a no.

One of my favorite hotels. I've stayed a few times here and l appreciate the consistency as my stays are always great with clean comfortable rooms. Everyone, from concierge, front desk is absolutely amazing, housekeeping as well. The environment fosters a team attitude that is clearly displayed throughout the visit, resulting in exceptional service. I made a request at the front desk on the way to our room after coming back from being out. We walked to our room and I could not believe that within our walk from the front desk to our room, my request had been fulfilled and the items requested made it to the room before we did. I was so highly impressed! Thank you to those behind the scenes that make this happen so promptly. They are clearly extremely accommodating. They also successfully filled my request that was submitted with my reservation as well. The rooms are clean and feature such lovely decor. The location is perfect, conveniently located. Ordered a chili rellano and fries with room service they were speedy and the food delicious! Highly recommend. They are worth it.
