10/10 Hotel in Santa Fe. We felt welcomed at this hotel during our two night stay. The staff was so helpful. The decor was high end. The rooms were perfect for sleeping and relaxing in between jaunts to the square. Our dog was welcomed with dog bowls and a dog bed. My favorite were the very tall ceilings and fireplaces in the rooms. The location is unbeatable because you can be anywhere worth being in a 5 min walk. The restaurant had great food and the patio was a perfect place for cocktails. We will be back.

The staff at this hotel is top notch. They were friendly and always happy to help. I tagged along with my husband on a business retreat in Santa Fe and enjoyed my time at this hotel. ||The room was lovely and I appreciated the small touches like humidifiers and turn down service. Due to where it’s situated most (if not all) of the rooms have no view as they overlook parking lots and the backs of businesses. ||As they say location location location, and this hotel sits in a prime spot right off the Plaza. I don’t think you could get anymore centrally located. It’s great to be able to walk around all the shops and restaurants. Be sure the visit The Shed. The green chile enchiladas were delicious. ||While the hotel is nice it lacked in some amenities that would truly make it stand out for the price. It doesn’t have a pool which would be a great addition, and it didn’t have really any outdoor space to speak of. Breakfast wasn’t included and though you do get a welcome drink and a token for a margarita the extras seemed severely lacking in this 5 star hotel. You should also be able to use the token for a nonalcoholic drink as my husband doesn’t drink alcohol and was unable to use his as the bartender said no substitutions. The restaurant and bar were sufficient (I found the food mediocre, but the cocktails and mocktails outstanding). ||The staff and location really make this hotel. I’m not sure it’s worth the price unless they partner with another hotel/facility with a pool. I did enjoy my stay.
