Very clean, modern feel hotel. I was pleasantly surprised since I have not stayed in Shreveport in quite some time. Front desk staff very customer oriented. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, larger bathrooms, and in room refridgerator. My only complaint is the shower head was very weak. Well equiped fitness center with multiple treadmills, Pelotons, and other machines and free weights. Roof top heated pool looked inviting with nice seating area. Parking is across the street with valet and self park options. Restaurant was closed when I was there but the bar served food but can be quite busy at breakfast.

Clean hotel, I mean actually clean. Everything you need is there. It's quite and beds are seriously comfy. I didn't bring my pillow and I rested! Went and sat by pool on roof in am. Just so relaxing. Paid a bit more but was for my birthday and worth it. Staff members were attentive and pleasant. Pay the extra for valet it's helpful. Lovely enjoyed it a lot.
