This is the worse hotel we have ever stayed at. First of all, there is no parking in front of the hotel, you have to park far away across the street in the hill. Yet they still charge you $45 a day for parking. The hotel is old, dirty, staff at check in was very unprofessional and the lady works there has terrible attitude. Their room door was broken, rusted. dirty doors, dirty linens, floor carpet was very stinky, their beds are extremely old. The toilet was old and dirty. We can’t believe we paid for $650 per night for that, but we could not even stayed there for even 15 minutes due to the conditions of the room, we left the hotel even though we had already prepaid for $650 per night. First staff said she can’t refund us money just because the room is sticky and door was busted. Then second nicer lady said” i am sorry that the room door is busted, and she said that the manage should refund us the next day if we don’t stat there. We left and found a much nicer hotel even though we had to loose that $650. Guess what, the manager never refund us back and he did not even bother to call us back. Do not stay here.
