Based on the current hotel conditions, the Viceroy Snowmass should be downgraded to 3 stars at best. Our room was great but your experience here goes down hill very quickly once you step foot outside your room. Our breakfast experience at the hotel restaurant was a disaster. The server inaccurately ordered our food and when we finally received our accurate order, we were better off not eating. Also, they only serve lunch at the pool (very limited food options in Snowmass). Speaking of the pool, the worst thing at the hotel is the pool experience. There is major construction going on right beside the pool location and laying by the pool feels like you are in an construction zone. Awful! They did not let us know about the noise before reserving our room. If you want to experience a relaxing time at a hotel, please DO NOT reserve a room at the Viceroy Snowmass. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

We couldn’t be happier with this Hotel, the staff are welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. Our room was a one bedroom suite, the decor modern and beautiful with all the necessary high end appliances. Bathrooms are huge, great products! The area is very family oriented and the food and restaurants great.
