Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. We typically stay at a neighbor hotel whenever we are visiting, but because of the holidays and our plans, this had the best price/location, and we were so happy with our decision! The facilities were clean (including the bedding), they provided some good breakfast options, and there was sufficient parking. I would say that we had a issue with our toilet upon arriving but Emily responded quickly to get the issue resolved. Our housekeeper, Eli, was also amazing and made sure to ask us if we needed anything each day of our stay. Ms. Shara was also a pleasure to meet upon checking out! We will definitely stay at this location again, and highly recommend everyone to book with them as well.

Hotel was immaculate and the staff was amazing. The Queen suites had plenty of space for 3 guests and were spotless. The property was brand new and the lobby was welcoming. The front desk was also welcoming and we made a friendship with Jim who INVITED us back. The gym equipment was great and the free breakfast provided a lot of options. The property was conveniently within walking distance of a Waffle House and Cracker Barrell which made it easy to grab food. There was plenty of parking and the outdoor pool was immaculate. The only negative was the elevators which were very slow, but everything else was great. Also close to Tampa area and the TPA airport, each and about a 20 min Uber ride one way. High recommended to stay at this place for the location and price.
