A lovely hotel! Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy. All the crew and staff were wonderful especially the cleaning team, except the front desk associate Ashley. Wasn’t very helpful or welcoming not to mention didn’t refill coffee at the lobby when requested. Nevertheless, had a great time here! Marriott never disappoints.

Upon check in I was offered a suite upgrade at no extra charge for my 22-31 Dec2023 stay. Since I’m on military orders I’ll be staying in the area for about a year, so I went home for new year’s weekend and before I left, I asked the front desk if it was possible to extend for another ten days past my original check out date, which they agreed to, so I went home without a worry in my mind. When I got home I checked on the app to see if the new check out date had been updated only to find out that my stay had been changed (without notice) to check out on the 29th instead of the 31st, the original check out date. When I called the hotel to find out what was going on, I was told by the manager that the rooms had been overbooked and that I had to leave. I explained the agreement with the front desk staff and was told that since I was not an elite member I was not getting any consideration from them. Needless to say I had to drive for a couple of hours back to Tampa and pack my stuff since I wasn’t allowed to stay until my original date and wasn’t even offered another room. By the way the room I had needs a deep cleaning
