The reservation is booked under my husbands name. This place is pretty expensive for what you receive - outdated rooms and uncomfortable beds, no free parking and dirty bathrooms. The front desk personnel wasn’t very helpful, and the location is a little weird. But, in the winter it’s probably nice to be close to the slopes - so there’s that. With families including kids, it may be worth it for the pool as that amenity is lovely. But, if you’re looking for an upscale couples get away - maybe keep looking.

I mistakenly made reservations for the wrong date and the desk was very helpful in finding us a suite on short notice (as in we were standing at the desk checking in). The suite was expansive and clean. The kitchen was ready for a long stay customer, but we only had the night. We all enjoyed the room and view. We found our "Steamboat Place". We will be back again! Thank you!
