The hotel is in a great location right on the beach. The pool area is beautiful and it was nice to sit out by the fire pit at night. The bartenders were super friendly and great to interact with. However, the room was definitely outdated and uncomfortable and the service inside the hotel was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The women working at the front desk were not pleasant or helpful upon our arrival or during our stay. We had a room for six people, but only blankets and pillows for 4. We called the front desk three times asking for more and kept being told that they notified housekeeping and someone should be up. We called housekeeping multiple times and got no answer, and also no one ever came up. Unless you plan on spending your entire stay here outdoors, I would not recommend this hotel.

Please turn down the music!!! Please, it’s not spring break. We so enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the lovely sounds of nature then the music blast from 7:30am-10 ish pm. Really unnecessary at that volume, especially for families that come. Sorry to say we won’t be back unless they put the music down to lower levels for just the pool use. I went out to the beach trying to escape the music but you have to walk far away to just hear the ocean. (Edit: possibly after the management read the review??? The music was slightly turned down on Sunday and Monday morning we woke to no music!! Maybe that’s the standard weekend only- not sure. Thank you management team for your quick reply to my review). The room though dated was nice and comfortable. One of the last standing hotels of its era. Nicely redecorated hotel lobby. Wonderful hot showers with good pressure. Also agreed the sofa bed is hard but can sleep on it as a comfy couch. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance. So a relatively nice stay and would give a 4/5 star if not for the music. So if loud music doesn’t bother you it should be a great stay for you.
