We reserved a room that we had previously stayed in for 30 days. After confirming that day our room request was blocked out for us, when we checked in and it was not available. We were not thrilled to say the least. We were given $1000 of amenities which we will not use, due to checking out early and finding a last minute replacement. When we finally got into the room we were promised, the door to the public patio was right behind the head of our bed and people came in and out constantly and it sounded like a bomb going off starting at 7 AM w the cleaning crew. We were forced to move out and in our rush forgot to clean out one drawer. We went back the very next day and they had no idea where the clothing was. Not in their lost in found and they could care less. And Ali the manager who replied to this review, did speak with me. WE MOVED OUT!! Do not trust this place, it was nothing but trouble. If they decide to give me back my clothes, I may feel differently. But as of now, this hotel is a mess. The only caveat is that we met the front desk super star 21 yr. old Nick, who is a 3rd generation in the hospitality business and in school for hospitality management, who warmed our hearts. He made it clear that he understood how upset we were and took personal responsibility( which was not his) and did everything possible to help us. We would be remiss not to mention Laura, at the front desk who was also kind and tried to be helpful. *WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HOTEL!!!
