I held an event to celebrate the publishing of a collaborative book in Syracuse and was able to have guests stay at Hotel Syracuse. All of the guests were completely impressed with the hotel... it is beautiful, clean, and they loved the historic and nostalgic feel to it. It was easy to work with the events coordinator, she communicated frequently and answered all questions I had. The service desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. This was the third time I have stayed at this hotel... it is my favorite one in the Syracuse area.

Our bathroom door was broken and difficult to shut. The bathroom was clean and so was the room. The shower was difficult to use. In order to turn it on you have to get in the shower and endure the cold water while waiting for the warm water. We were also unhappy with the service at the party we went to on site. Some of the food was cold. The waiters would come and take a fresh drink off the table if you left it to go and dance. The drinks were expensive. The atmosphere was lovely. The bathrooms were very clean which was very nice.
