The entrance is not clearly marked. It's great that it has a parking garage below and elevators that go directly to the floor you want. The breakfast or brunch seemed a bit pricey at $16. Everything was clean and close to local restaurants and (expensive) gas stations near the freeway. Room 313 was clean and comfy with a thick curtain to keep light out. The bed was high and comfortable. There were some unfinished details like the inside of the bathroom door handle was missing, a light by the bed didn't turn on, toilet cover... The bathroom door was a barn door which was an interesting choice. It would have been great to have it a bit more soundproof, especially if you are in the room with other people. It has a coffee maker. Pro tip: ask at the front for individual creamers. Make sure to check if you have to put the ticket in your car or you may be towed. Near the elevator, on the third floor in a room, we could hear a dog whining and we could hear folks talking in their rooms from the hallway, but in our room, it was quiet.

For the price that people are paying, they should provide a complimentary continental breakfast. I paid just over $800 for 2 nights. There were no garbage bags in the garbage cans. I brought it to staff attention. I ended up using my own bags. When the bags I provided were full, they told me to put them out in the hallway, which was odd. They then told me to set the garbage bags on the floor just outside the kitchen. It explains the cocky bugs in the room. I'm sure the other lobby guests could see these garbage bags! No body shampoo in the bottles in the shower and partial toilet paper rolls. I started to feel like our room wasn't cleaned before we got there. The hotel stay was very displeasing overall! Shop around. Better pricing with more amenities are out there!
