Overall this was a great place to stay. We got a suite room and it was very spacious. The breakfast was good and had something everyone liked. Rooms and other parts of the hotel were very clean. Only thing that wasn't great was the pool area. It was REALLY cold in there. Like literal icicles on the vent near the door. If you were in the pool or hot tub it was OK, but really cold if you were just watching others swim. The hot tub was more of a warm tub, and the jets were kind of wild.

From starters, I was not greeted as member upon my arrival. They didn't ask me if I wanted the bonus points or the complimentary water; when I asked for 4 bottles of water I was charged. I had to raise my voice to talk with the clerk, since there where loud music in the lobby. The carpet from the reception to the room was extremely stained. The room was not clean as I expected. No hand soap, shower caps, shampoo or conditioner. The reservation was for 4 people, and there was only one set of towels in the room. All the Holiday Ins express have the same menu at breakfast and very often its quality is the same (Good); but in this hotel was terrible; being the same that all the other HI Express, how can it be so bad? A patron knocked the vase with plastic forks to the floor; and I saw one of the hostesses picking them up and putting them back into the vase; how could that be possible? We stayed there for several nights, and they didn't come to clean our room.
