My Husband and I love the place it's clean, updated, and awesome friendly staff. This location is hidden away in a suburban neighborhood and beautiful community. If in Colorado and looking for a long or short term location the price is outrageously affordable for0 the perks. We stayed in 313 and it felt like a home away from home.
Room is perfectly clean (and has pillow cases!) and no weird smells that I've noticed anywhere in the room or common areas. You can't expect a 5 star hotel for this price but I'm pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. Location is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, you can't really walk to anything here
