Kelly went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when I checked in. I had booked through a 3rd party and was being charged more than the rate that Marriott was offering. Kelly canceled my prior reservation and rebooked my room at the lower rate, saving me over $40. I was thrilled. I also thoroughly clean and disinfect every room I check into, especially after the pandemic. The room was very clean. There was dust only on the window sill and the top of the fridge. There were crumbs in the kitchen area under the stool. Both of these issues are minor. One last complaint is the bathroom door did not shut completely. We had to put a towel on the top of the door to get it to close completely. Overall this is my hotel of choice whenever I'm in Toledo. Highly recommended!
My family and I came to town for a few days because our dog had to have surgery. The girl that worked up at the front “Silk” was outstanding. The customer service that she offered us was second to none. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We had a suite on the fifth floor. We also called up there to see if we can get the model number off of one of their pieces of equipment in the gym because we absolutely loved it and she actually called us back and gave us the information she went way out of her way for us!! 💪💪💪 We will be back. Thank you
