Location is great. It is right across from the mall, close to a 24 hour fitness gym, and fairly close to the beach with a car. My issue is that the hotel is worn down. The lights in the hallway are dim. Hallways also smell like old food. I took the stairs near the elevators and it smelled like a mixture of soap and puke. Room wise, it was okay. It was clean (enough). But you can see stains on the carpet and the sofa bed was worn down and flat. Some of the lamps didn't work so it was pretty dark in the room. I brought my own air freshener plug-in so the smell from the hallway didn't last in our room. My family and I did appreciate that this hotel was affordable and can allow our dog to stay with us, especially since we had to find a place to stay while we had our house fumigated. Our room had a full-size fridge, lots of storage, and a running heater/AC. All in all, this stay was fine for a night or two. Not the best place to stay at. But you get what you pay for with the price you pay.

I was very satisfied with my stay. First time at this location. The staff was incredible. Janice took excellent care and was so kind and helpful to me. The room was clean and very comfortable. I definitely will be coming back
