Positive: The rooms are always pretty clean and the hotel itself is quiet. There is free parking included, free wifi, and the TV's are decent with Netflix etc capability. There is on-site laundry for those staying longer and a gym & pool. Negative: Only once when I was transferred rooms there was a rag on the floor and a half eaten rack of ribs in the mini fridge that had been sitting there for some time.

Cost cutting evident throughout, felt more cheap than inexpensive. Rooms are cleaned every 3rd day...I found a long black hair in my shower (I have short blond hair). Speaking of the shower, water pressure is decidedly dialed in for economy, I felt like I was a plant being watered. If you're booking this spot to save money, make sure to bring your own food and beverage...a bottle of water is six bucks.
