Just stayed at the Marriott and globally the stay was good but you have to be aware that having breakfast or anything might have you get a serious and I mean A SERIOUS cold. Everything near the Bar and space to eat is cold freezing area like “winter is coming” ! This is not AC this is clearly way below zero temperature ! We had to get outside just so the Sun could warm us up although it was still chilly outside but better than inside. The 1st day on our arrival, we ordered some wine that we had to take ourselves at our table and when we ask for some nuts with it , it was simply nonchalantly not possible. For breakfast the buffet is nice but food is barely hot and with the freezing AC by the time you get to seat and eat your dish might already be cold . On the other side, The people at the reception are very professional, friendly same for the cleaning or janitorial staff. The room was very agreeable to stay in.

Update after a second stay in the same week: They say lighting never strikes twice and unfortunately that rings true for this property. We returned to the property later in the week and our second stay was disappointing. Check in was lackluster and unenthusiastic, and our room had one of the lumpiest comforters I have ever seen. Thankful there were two beds, we used the second one. This room had robes and slippers, but the room from our previous stay did not. I was caring for a sick family member and returned to the property mid afternoon (after requesting late check out @4pm) for lunch, a shower and a nap. The room had been turned over for a new guest, and my leftovers removed from the fridge. I attempted to make the best of it and was greeted with no water in the shower. The entire top of the hotel was without water pressure. I requested a solution and was moved to another room on another floor, which took a while (I finally found the bellboy who’d been sent with the room key standing in the hallway texting, a few doors down) where I was seranaded by the banging of pipes until 4pm. We were offered 20k points for the inconvenience, and they have still not posted to our account, and the folio for both our stays was incorrect and neither included our F&B credit. I was told that it was rectified at the front desk, but the charges have yet to be updated. Previous review: Fantastic property. The rooms are updated and modern. Service at check-in was pleasant, and the m club lounge breakfast was great. There was a wide array of hot breakfast items, as well as the usual fruit and yogurt and cold cereals and pastries. Since the lounge is not open 24/7 they offer a food and beverage credit for those members with qualified tiers. The pool area is spacious, and is half covered and gives ample sun protection. The lobby bar was great, both in ambiance and food quality. One of the best charcuterie boards we’ve had the pleasure of ordering at a Marriott! This property will remain on our list of ones to revisit.
