The hotel is nice and the location is great but today I was checking out 449 and was shocked to see charges for resort fee and parking that no one at check in advised me of at all or I wouldn’t have been shocked, I called the lady at front desk and she was English sounding and she was very condescending and argumentative about it and even though no one advised me of any of it she likes well you are paying it. Horrible service. I am okay with fees when I am informed properly of them and this case I was not and to call and get a woman like this just adds gas to the fire. I expected better service from Hyatt. Next time I will stay at the four seasons.
