Thank you Highline Vail! Doubletree never disappoints. I was welcomed by the hotel manager when I arrived, his professional and friendly welcome was amazing. He not only took the time to answer all my questions, like how late is the hot tub open and where can I find coffee but also told me about the outdoor fireplace, which was beautiful. My room was very clean and cozy. I slept way longer than I thought I would. I needed that. In the morning I poked my head out in the hallway as I was still in pajamas, we had drank all the coffee in the room so I was going to run down to the lobby, housekeeping was there and asked if I needed anything, I told her I was going down to get more coffee and she handed me a couple right away. Thanks housekeeping that was awesome! The food at the restaurant was delicious. Every time I passed the front desk someone said hello, super friendly staff here. When I was leaving I saw the hotel manager again, his name was Nicholas, this man not only helped me put my luggage in my vehicle but thanked me for staying there, he is the truly the definition of hospitality. I will definitely return to this hotel again.
