I don't typically leave bad reviews for the hotels we stay at. I was NOT happy for what we got with what we paid. All the money we paid went into the lobby and community part which we didn't use except for breakfast. We drove 9 hours with 2 small children in tow, to get to a room that wasn't cleaned. We had to go back to the lobby and request it to be cleaned, which they just "upgraded" us to another room. Which was fine, we get to the new room, the furniture is super knocked up, walls are so thin we could hear every conversation word for word from the couple next to us, on the other side was a room full of kids who were screaming, fighting and slamming on doors and hitting our windows and doors everytime they walked by. We had to request more towels and shampoos ect within the first hour because there was only 2 towels for the 4 of us. The clean towels they gave us had balls of hair all over them, there was drain flies in the tub upon arrival. There was towels, trash scattered around the sidewalks. We could have stayed at a red roof inn and been happier with the rooms than we were here. The lobby, cafe and community area is where all the money for this hotel is put, not the actual rooms. Super disappointed and we will not be back. Wish I could post pictures because I took a ton of them.
