Another stay at this amazing hotel! The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly! My 2nd overnight here. The staff knew I was coming in very late and assured me my room would be waiting for me without worry. It was a chilly night and upon arrival, the front desk staff offered me hot coffee and/or Hot chocolate to get warmed up and settled in! The room was perfectly clean and well supplied with washroom toiletries. The morning breakfast offerings were plentiful and generous! The breakfast attendant was cheerful and even made me an order of bacon because I didn't want sausage. Very pleased again! It is the perfect spot for anyone traveling to the Quest Center!
The hotel was pretty disgusting. I only took a few pictures but I had 4 rooms in which myself and coworkers stayed in. One room the thermostat didn't work consistently. It was set at 65 but the room was being heated to around 80. Several rooms had mold in the bathroom in all the corners not to mention the orange mold in the grout was pretty repulsive. There was a white colored stain on the chair next to the beds. One room had the bathroom door frame rotting out of the ground. One of the refrigerators didn't work and froze all of my coworkers food. Shower curtains were ripped. I personally had room service come in and clean the room, they took all the dirty towels but didn't replace any of them so I had to trek back down to the front desk after a long day of work to get more.
