Highly Recommend! Location: This is a great business area with lots of nice shopping and many restaurants, and it seems very safe. Service: Top notch, greeted at the front door right away, check in and check out was fast and without any issues. Made me feel very welcome. Room: Very clean with no issues. The AC worked great and the bed was comfy. Loved the rosemary/mint shampoo and soaps. As soon as you walk in the front door you are hit with the most pleasant clean smells. Loved this hotel and will stay again if I'm in the area.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times - this was our third or fourth stay in the past few months. It is conveniently located for us when in town so it has been one of our favorites. It has been a top choice...but this past stay has us questioning if the quality is on a downward slide. Our room was not as clean as we have grown to expect. The lobby restrooms were a mess (we let the staff know), and the lounge for Elite Marriott members was again not really clean, had a broken coffee maker and was very low on snacks/beverages which is not typically the case. We utilized the workout/fitness room for the first time this visit - it is okay, but not as well equipped as some of the other Marriott properties we have stayed at. As a part of their "Distinctive Premium" hotels, I expected a better fitness area in the Renaissance, and a pool that had towels readily available for guests. A bit disappointing.
