Started off trying to make a reservation. The app wouldn't work. The website wouldn't allow me to make reservation with normal discount codes or member discounts. I asked at check in and at check out. They said they weren't authorized to change anything and no manager was available. They would both leave a message for manager, of course he never contacted me. Tonight I find that they charged me a security deposit to my card 8 hours after I checked out of the hotel. The charge was supposed to be well more than the price of the room. Most of the hotels I have stayed in don't actually charge a deposit but say they can at check in. Some that do a hold it is released the next day. These folks charged the deposit to me 8 hours after I checked out. Someone else should have been in the room by then. Maybe they didn't bother to clean it. I called and there were no issues with the room (there never are with me) they just charged it to me 8 hours after I checked out for no real reason. The only thing it did was tie up the amount on my card for up to a week. Guess they can collect some interest on it and of course pay the transaction fees. Don't stay here.
