Pool bar completely unattended. Main bar attended only if uoubho and find someone. Poor selection of drinks considering the international clientele (no gin!). Tea and coffee making facilities in room but no spoons. Shampoo but no shower gel. Great location though.
Escape from the rooftop bar, "Under the Moon". It looked nice from the street, but we found a place boring, dirty place, with just Pepsi and Ice Tea (Lipton kind) for drink. The waiter ignored us, and after some time we managed to order two cans of Pepsi, which resulted in 30.000 SUM for each. With that price you get a good plate of food in almost any restaurant in Bukhara. Absolute scam, not sure if by the hotel or by the waiter. Avoid at all costs
