The rooms look great. The staff sadly does not speak englisch. We only had 1 Coca-Cola and one beer in our room for three people. When we ordered beer to our room, a mechanic arrived and repeated the same word in vietnamese and left. We never got our beer. Additionally the water in our shower did not flow away and set the entire bathroom under water. The spa area is tiny and extremely expensive. The pool is nice though and included in the price.

Felt like it was blowing out hot air instead of cool. |*the hot water in the shower took a long time just to get warm. |*the swimming pool on the 20th floor looks great but the heat was suffocating and unbearable and the pool water very warm. |Pros: |*great location, within walking distance to restaurants.|*good bathroom amenities and clean shower with minimal mould.|*room has plenty of space for luggage (for 2 people) |*highlands coffee shop in the lobby was great. Nice place to sit and relax and enjoy a coffee or iced tea!|Really nice and clean place to stay.
