We found it hard to reconnect to the hustle and bustle of city life again after our short island getaway holiday at Six Senses Con Dao over the last weekend. The resort has the perfect setting with complete seclusion and is tucked way by hills stretched along its beautiful private beach. Not just another luxury resort, this place has a soul of its own, unpretentious, understated, full of character, affine to culture, luxurious in its own unique way. And most importantly, it is the homely and warm welcoming feeling this place gave us, the feeling of being home.||We love the rustic design of the resort, the natural materials used in the villas, the lush vegetation, the fresh air, the transquility , the uninteruppted view of the ocean. The resort was designed in the most harmonious way with the nature with the right balance of human interaction which we appreciate very much. It was delightful to wake up with the sound of the waves, the endless ocean view, the view of a little cute black squizzle cheefully running from branches to branches , the sound of birds chirping, what more of a luxury one can wish for. ||We enjoyed exploring every corner of the resort, cycling around, strolling on the beach, going to gym, playing sports. We enjoyed spending time together and in such a relaxing atmosphere like here, it was surely a great add-ons to our holiday. ||What made our holiday extra special is the way we were taken care of by the staff here. The attention to details, the friendliness and willingness to help, you name it. You can really tell everyone is genuinely caring with the best intention to ensure that you have the most memorable time, from the management team to the staff in all areas. They spent times chatting with us and looked after us well. The service was exceptional that the staff do things without you even asking- they seem to know what we need before we do! ||We were spoiled with delicious food cooked in generous large portions, topping with fresh garden herbs harvested directly from resort ‘s organic garden, delicious sunset drinks at the bar, the delectable ice creams with so many interesting flavors. Ngan, our Gem was truly a “gem” to the team, friendly, caring, helpful and attentive, she was exactly that reliable friend you want to count on when being on a trip. ||||||We could go on and on making a long list of why we love this place and who made our holiday a special one and it would be a little unfair if we miss mentioning any detail in our Six Senses Con Dao journey. Instead, we want to say a big thank you to the management team for their dedication to ensuring a seamless stay to us, the F&B By the Market, Bar, By the Market & kitchen team for great culinary experience, the H&K team for keeping our villa always tidy and in great cleaniness stage, Front Office team for smooth transfers and their willingness to make our every requests happened and all other departments for their hardworks. Thank you everyone for the magics you created in our last holiday of 2023. ||If you look for a place to disconnect with your daily busy life, reconnect to the nature and appreciate little things in life, this is the perfect place to be and we have already decided to come back next year.
