Don’t try the fresh restaurant, I went there last night alone for celebrating my birthday and I was truly regret about it. Too many Mainlanders crowded around the buffet table and the staffs there didn’t wanted to serve you. It’s seems that the buffet was only served to the Mainlanders as all of them holding a buffet coupon. Obviously I am odd to them as an out-side guest. Although the kind of guests could not be controlled, 99% of their staffs were rude. Only one girl noticed me on the scene and reminded me about the bill, the others won’t listen to you at all. At the cashier I’ve told the girl I am a member of IHG, but she didn’t noticed I was talking to her even I was standing in front of her, actually she didn’t care what you’ve said. Totally ruined my birthday. I’ve made my reservation thru’ email, compared with Intercontinental Nha Trang, they would provide 15% off for IHG member. VND1050000 isn’t that much money, but for a 2 hours limited buffet and that kind of service, it’s just doesn’t worth a bit.
