We stayed at MIKAZUKI for a week. The staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel transport drivers Anh and Duy and customer service staff Hoa are the best, very customer oriented and very caring. They make us feel very welcome and relax. We had very good time during our day trips booked with the hotel with the drivers and the car is very comfortable . Their supervisor Hải, supervisor Tinh are super friendly, caring and professional. Hải and Hoa helped to book our tours and shows for the day trips with detailed explanations for the trip and the show. We really appreciated with their help. Hotel room is very spacious, clean and new. Food is yummy and buffet breakfast has lots of varieties. Waterpark is amazing, kids will love and there are many activities in the water park which suite for all age group. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff that looked after us. 😊❤️

Lovely resort. We tried lunch at the Japanese hot pot restaurant , service was very good, and so was the food. Kids loved the water park. ||Nami beach club, the waitress was inexperienced, serving 1 napkin for 2 guests instead of 2 , drinks served without coasters , she only asked us how was the food when we asked for the bill , and drink service was super slow. Food was good. Music nice but loud, perhaps cause the speakers were right above our heads where we sat, lesson learned for next time. ||Vin taxi , drivers were not happy when i said no taxi thank you , and behaved more like gangsters, shocking. Then when i complained to the security at the main entrance while leaving, response was, i am scared of them too, they threatened to beat me up if i complained, even more shocking. ||Overall, lovely resort and we will be back to try the other fb outlets.
