To begin, the location of the Hilton is perfect. With a short walk or drive to the infamous dragon bridge and night market it was a easy choice to make. There is also a Starbucks a few steps away, but I will recommend the local Vietnamese coffee it will blow you away! The restaurant’s inside the hotel all provided excellent service and wonderful foods for all taste buds. The Hilton also has various buffets depending on the day of the week, it is a must try! A special thank you to Executive Sous Chef Richard as he made every meal a memorable one, upon return to Vietnam I hope to see you as an Executive Chef my friend. Our server Hieu, thank you for the morning laughs during the breakfast buffet, the Hilton is lucky to have you. All staff from the front desk to the restaurant were very professional and attentive to any needs during my stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Positive: Good location next to the Han River, river view from the hotel room. The staff members were very friendly and helpful & communicates well in English. Negative: Walls are paper thin as I could hear noises, sounds, doors shutting & people talking in other rooms. It seems the construction of the rooms, hotel were not built with sound abatement in mind.
