One of the BEST resorts I have been to in my life. From check in until check out - the experience was out of this world. Club lounge is well worth the money, service is top notch and attentive. They will help you with anything you need, any issue, any request within minutes. Food is fantastic in the resort. Breakfast was great with high quality ingredients. Only downside are the monkeys - but they won't bother you too much. Can't recommend this place more. We will be BACK!

It's appropriate to stay here for three nights. This is a terrific hotel brand with great staff. The restaurant's breakfast and food, particularly the highly recommended Bun Cha and Cao Lau dishes, were excellent, and the room was exceptionally spacious. The personnel was also very pleasant. |We appreciate your personal attention. Hero Nguyen has been the highlight of the trip so far due of his professionalism. Thank you, Mr. Henry at the Club Lounge was incredibly quick and hilarious, Ms. Thu at the Concierge Desk was very helpful, and the Mr. Hai managers at Citron Restaurant were overjoyed.
