Having recently stayed at Muong Thanh Da Nang hotel, I must express that my experience fell short of expectations. The hotel seemed overhyped, certainly not earning its claimed spot within the top 10% on TripAdvisor. One significant drawback was the lack of courtesy from the staff, diminishing the overall guest experience. While the room boasted spaciousness, it lacked a basic amenity that many take for granted – windows. The absence of natural light and an external view contributed to a somewhat claustrophobic atmosphere, detracting from the overall comfort. The room and bathroom ergonomics were disappointingly out of sync, and the tub presented a safety concern. The excessive height posed a potential risk, making it hazardous for even adults when exiting. The waterfalls inside the bathroom only added to the inconvenience. In consideration of these factors, I find it difficult to rate Muong Thanh Da Nang hotel any higher than a 3/10.
