Good position, good structure but not so welcoming for a 5 star. Ten minutes late for breakfast and you cannot neither take a coffee. By the way the room i had was huge with big balcony and two nice and functional bathroom.

Spending one day at Novotel but it totally worth my money and time. My first impression about Novotel is the warm welcome of the Front Desk area. The staff really know how to take care of their guests and how professional they are when i was having trouble with my booking and other stuff. Best customer service i ever experienced. For the room, i really satisfied and don’t have anything to complain about. Thank you Novotel 🙏 for being a place that i never forget and keep up the good work.
