The twin room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was good - clean and tidy. The hotel's overall environment was lovely and the beach was not crowded at all and was clean. We loved the daily breakfast at the restaurant Epice. The selection was wide (including Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Indian etc) and there are changes of items everyday. I especially love the selection of fruits available. The service at the restaurant was also amazing, because after a few days, they remembered my daily coffee request. I have to especially commend the staff at the reception. On the first day of arrival on Sunday 5 November, after check in, i went out and had an accident in the city centre of Da Nang. I came back to the hotel with a badly scrapped knee that bled quite badly. When I returned to the hotel, the reception staff helped me to dress the wound. And offered to help me change the wound the next day. The staff also provided me with extra gauze and tape for me to use. I am really grateful for the assistance rendered to me! The only thing I wish is that hotels all over the world do away with bar soaps as this does not seem sustainable for the environment.

Our family stayed in Pullman for 3 days after spending previous days in the other hotel. The warm, heartfelt, and kind service including welcome fruits and doorman's greeting were so nice. Access to the beach and restaurants and shops near from the hotel were easy and quick. Especially we attended Yoga class led by Thuy trainer outdoors. It was very nice experience. Thuy encouraged us with proper speed and degree. I like to recommend to join the Yoga class. Overall we really enjoyed the stay in Pullman.
