The location is outstanding very private and quiet neighborhood and perfect for exploring West Hollywood, Beberly Hills and surrounding areas. There’s great restaurants and a health food store near by on sunset, which is great for vegans and gluten free needs. Restaurants are abundant. I recommend Night+Market Weho Song Thai, and Masa both on Sunset, also check out Spoke Bicycle Shop Cafe and prepare to be amazed. Not much to look at but the food is amazing. Todd and Kimberly’s place is beautiful and the nostalgia adds to the experience. The space is decorated in a clean minimalist style with thoughtful nostalgic touches such as the beautiful towels and the color combination. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. It was nice having your own outdoor space with patio furniture. My husband really enjoyed having his morning tea outdoors and we also enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The view is spectacular! You can see the Hollywood sign and the observatory. Im looking forward to another visit.

I have confirmed this an estate development rather than a resort. All houses sold and only some entrusted by owner to the managent for rental. No GYM, no activity room and a basic restaurant which I called a canteen. Price is reasonable (might be off season) and house is huge. The only activity I found in the resort is a cooking class. Treat this as a residence, not hotel or resort.
