Everything was impeccable here. Staff treat everyone like royalty yet it is affordable to stay here. River views are amazing, the amenities are top notch from gym to pool and restaurant selection. Rooms are modern with great wifi and English channels available on smart flat screen tv. The hotel is a bit off the tourist path but offers free shuttle service and bicycles and it was super easy to get a Grab. Food trucks park outside every evening and set up chairs so you can watch the sunset with a drink or picnic. Hotel has a casino and spa services.

Moreover, we are not professional “Hoteliers”, and the review is resulted from the actual experience. We will review the hotel in three areas: Facility/Room/Breakfast, Location and Service FACILTIY/ROOM This hotel classification is 5-Stars and it has all the necessary characteristics of its peers. Wyndham Danang Golden Bay Hotel is fairly new hotel as it began operation in 2017. The gym equipments are Precor Commercial and the space is grand in size. We have not came across a gym space of a 5-stars that is bigger than this one. In addition to the typical workout area, the hotel has an entertainment room with a pool table and video games (not sure if there are any games loaded). The infinity pool is facing toward the calm and scenic bay. The room along with the amenities is in-line with most high-end 4-stars hotels. Bay view rooms are an upgrade and it is worth money. Breakfast is mostly Southeast Asian dishes. The quality food is below average for typical 5-stars. Noted that if you are a meat eater, you may found this breakfast is not substantial. LOCATION The hotel is located approximately 15-minute bike ride away from the popular “My Khe” beach and all the locals areas. Grab Taxi or Bike must be used for transportation if you are planning to stay here without a car or scooter. SERVICE This hotel is run and operated completely by local resources. English speaking skill and overall customer service are properly trained, but it is still a work in progress. Although its classification is a 5-Stars, but its aims as seem to serve the mass tour groups. At the time we stayed, the majority of visitors are from Korea. If you have issues with mass tour groups in your travel, Wyndham Danang Golden Bay Hotel may not be a good place for you. Overall, we would give Wyndham Danang Golden Bay Hotel 4.5 rating for its value and price of 3-nights experience of stay as of 3/19/2023.
