Dim Sum restaurant is good enough. I would say it is outstanding for chinese restaurant but spa will rip you off. It is really upset to have massage here and the meassure said I tip her small money and throw money to me. I can't even believe it. I even pay 1.3 Millions VND For massage ( it is equivalent to 50usd ) just for 90 minutes massage and I tip her 100k VND and she did me like this. Really really upset with their services. Actually today is my birthday and this spa ruin my special day. Too bad!

Best of the Best hotel management in Hanoi. One of The best hotels I ever visited and stayed in. The Japanese restaurant named Emperor with such a great Omotenashi (おもてなし, 御持成) and their KTV in the basement is amazing with super nice & kind people and reliable service. I realized and accepted that I will be leaving but It still makes me sad… It was not an easy decision for me to leave Fortuna hotel Hanoi.
