I came to Hanoi on a solo trip from the states and within a week, I changed rooms 3 times. My final hotel was the best choice. Le Jardin Haute Couture was the only hotel I stayed in that looked exactly like its pictures. If you want modern style, clean, great breakfast and friendly staff, then this place is for you. Every single staff member was friendly and extremely accommodating. They even let me rest in a small room so I wouldn't be at the airport too early. As a westerner, I am very specific about having a clean room and these days I feel like companies spend more time taking/editing their room photos than actually cleaning their rooms. I really loved the hotel and the fact I am leaving a review, speaks volumes. Again, please book this room if you want cleanliness, with a luxury/Beverly hills feel without the worry of rodents or creepy crawlers running across your feet or luggage.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are a good size (and clean and nice) and the breakfast was nice. the highlight of our stay was the staff, especially Tracy, who was lovely, helping us with early check in and late check out, as well as allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel for 4 nights while we went to sapa. Would definitely stay here again! The pool area is not the best, quite small and only 2 sun loungers, but other than that I have no complaints.
